Stacey Penrose

FOUNDER

Stacey founded Race Media Agency following a media career spanning over 20 years across UK, European and global platforms – your advertising and marketing remits could not be in safer hands! Stacey held senior management roles at Sky, Discovery Networks and Disney before hopping over the fence to direct several high profile accounts from an agency perspective – creating strategic, integrated solutions for clients across many sectors including one of the UK’s largest toy advertisers, a global gaming company and the F1 Grand Prix.

Nicole Bilham

DIGITAL DIRECTOR

Nicole is our Digital Director with a wealth of experience under her belt – earning her stripes during a 12 year career at ITV – as Sales Controller Nicole coordinated all of the kids commercial business as well as managing the business development for ITV Breakfast – negotiating multi million pound contracts encompassing TV, sponsorship and digital elements. Nicole played a huge part in driving the ITV Kids business forward and was integral to the launch of ITV’s pre school channel. Since leaving ITV Nicole has built a hugely successful marketing company and is in her element when negotiating and representing great value for her clients!

Kersty Jordan

DESIGN

As the saying goes ‘Content is King but design is queen” – Kersty is our design QUEEN. Having worked in design for nearly 20 years – 8 of which have been as MD of her own thriving business – we were thrilled when Kersty agreed to hop on board and add some creative magic to the team!

Annette Ritson

WEB AND SEO EXPERT

Heading a unique team of dev experts, Annette has led one of Cumbria’s most forward-thinking web agencies for over a decade. Finding repeated success in what is an incredibly competitive industry, she’s worked alongside prestigious clients like Sony Music Publishing, House of Rum and most recently, built the fantastic ecommerce space for one of the country’s top equestrian brands, Classic Showjumps. Annette offers invaluable experience and expertise to the Race Marketing team and we’re overjoyed to have her on board to help our clients excel online.
